Even numbers can be split into two equal groups with nothing left over. They end in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8.

Think of it: Even numbers are like pairs of shoes — every shoe has a partner!

📚 What Are Odd Numbers?

Odd numbers CANNOT be split into two equal groups — there's always one left over. They end in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9.

7, 9, 11, 13, 15...

Think of it: Odd numbers are like socks — sometimes there's an unmatched one!

🎮 Quick Tricks to Tell Odd from Even

Trick 1 — Look at the last digit:

Ends in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 → EVEN

Ends in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 → ODD

Trick 2 — Pair them up:
Try grouping dots into pairs. Any dot left over? Then it's odd!
